My heart is so full after another incredible retreat at Mount Carleton Provincial Park.
A huge thank you to every client who joined us and helped create such a special experience. Your openness, laughter, kindness, and willingness to embrace every moment made this retreat truly unforgettable.
Thank you to the amazing team who worked behind the scenes to make everything run so smoothly. From the delicious food that nourished us, to the beautiful spaces that welcomed us, your care and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Together we shared breathtaking hikes, peaceful kayaking adventures, rejuvenating yoga practices, heartfelt chanting, meaningful conversations, and the kind of friendships that remind us how important community truly is.
These retreats are about so much more than a weekend away—they are about connection, growth, joy, and creating memories that stay with us long after we return home.

✨ Happy 4th Yurt-day ✨
Four years ago, this little yurt was just a dream. Today, it has become a beautiful community filled with connection, healing, growth, laughter, and so many meaningful moments.
From yoga classes and sound immersions to meditation, retreats, workshops, trainings and heartfelt conversations, every experience has been made special because of the incredible people who walk through these doors.
To each and every client who has supported this journey—thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your wellness, for showing up for yourselves, and for helping create such a welcoming and supportive community. Your presence has made the Yurt the success it is today.
As we celebrate this milestone, my heart is filled with gratitude for all we've shared together and excitement for all that's still to come. Here's to many more years of peace, growth, connection, and a little more zen in our community.

Sheila and I hosted another Reiki Level 1 training this weekend.
It was very special event as we were able to complete the attunement ceremony outside and barefoot!
Thanks to each of you who trusted us as your instructors and for bringing your lovely energy to the yurt this weekend.
We will be hosting again this fall. Let me know if you feel the calling.

All this cold/rain has certainly made my body stiff thankfully I get regular massages.

Massage therapist are hard to come by and being I personal know the many benefits to regular massage. It pushed me to completed my table Thai Massage course last spring.
