Our province is facing a primary care crisis—more than 2.5 million Ontarians are without a family doctor or nurse practitioner. This crisis is not only about the number of providers—it’s about ensuring the right providers are working in the right places, and to their full scope of practice.
That’s why we are asking midwifery clients, those who wanted to receive midwifery care but couldn't, and other supporters of midwifery care to contact the MPP in your local riding to support increased investment in midwifery.
