✨ FREE Community Classes! ✨

Join us for a complimentary Hot Flow class with a guest instructor and experience a fresh teaching voice in the studio while enjoying the Element Yoga atmosphere you know and love!

Next Week's Classes:
• July 6th Monday | 6:00 PM
• July 7th Tuesday | 7:30 PM

What to expect:
Hot Flow is a steady-paced class that links breath with movement to build strength, increase energy, and deepen your mind-body connection. Classes are held in our 38°C infrared heated studio and are suitable for all levels of experience.

These classes are completely FREE, but spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot through our app or online schedule.

We'll be hosting more Free Community Classes throughout the month, so keep an eye on our schedule and follow us for upcoming dates!

We can't wait to see you on your mat. 🌿

🌿 Element yoga in Beaumont is currently looking to expand our substitute instructor team. We are seeking experienced Vinyasa instructors (Yin experience is an asset) who may be available for occasional weekday 6:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. classes as well as some weekday evening coverage.
