At Revive, we believe that a great massage begins with a conversation. Before your treatment, your therapist will take a few moments to understand what’s bothering you, where you’re feeling tension, what you’d like to focus on, and what kind of pressure feels right for you.

Your therapist will also walk you through what to expect, including how to prepare for the treatment and how to get comfortable under the covers.

And throughout your massage, communication is always encouraged! Unless you want a complete silence - please communicate that at the beginning as well!

Need more pressure? Less? Something doesn’t feel comfortable? Want your therapist to spend more time on a specific area? Just let us know. There’s no need to feel shy - your comfort is part of your treatment.

Every body is different, and every massage should feel personalized.

No-shows don’t just waste time. They take income from a therapist who cannot recover that hour. Our time is as valuable as yours. Our policy exists to protect that. We appreciate your respect.

▪️Please call us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. If it’s after hours, leave a message.

▪️While we appreciate email cancellations, they are not considered official notification, as we don’t check emails frequently.

Your well-being is important to us, and we understand the need to stay home when you’re sick.

However, we do have a cancellation policy:

🔺24-hour notice: No charge.

🔺More than 2 hours notice: Half the treatment fee (unless we can fill the spot)

🔺Less than 2 hours notice: Full treatment fee (again, waived if we can fill the spot - you can share the love for our place by sharing your spot with a dear friend of yours! Win-win!)

🔺Please don’t feel pressured to “power through” your appointment; your health and the health of our therapists matter. We appreciate your understanding!

🔺Should there be a late cancellation or no-show, as per our policy, your card will be charged without notice.

🔺As part of our cancellation policy, we require the collection of credit card information for all appointments.

🔺🔺🔺This measure is necessary due to the unfortunate increase in no-shows and same day cancellations.

Thank you to each and every one of our valuable customers who respect our time as much as their own ❤️
