☀️ Summer Physical Appointment Update ☀️

Due to physician vacations and reduced appointment availability during the summer months, we are temporarily pausing bookings for routine physical examinations.

If you would like to check whether you are up to date on preventive screenings (Pap tests, mammograms, colorectal, diabetes, and cholesterol screening), please contact our office and our team will be happy to assist you.

🚧 Road Construction Notice – Effective June 1st 🚧

Please be advised that the City of Beaumont will be completing a waterline upgrade and sewer repair along 50 Avenue starting June 1st.

During construction, 50 Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction, with additional traffic control in place as needed. No parking will be allowed along 50 Avenue within the active construction zone.

⚠️ Important – Access to the clinic:
We will remain accessible throughout most of the construction. However, when work is directly in front of our building, alternate access routes will be required.

Please use one of the following routes to reach our parking lot:

➡️ Option 1: Turn south on 51 Street → 49 Avenue → enter via the back alley into our parking lot
➡️ Option 2: Drive south on 50 Street → turn right on 49 Avenue → proceed north via the back alley into our parking lot

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will share updates as we receive them, especially if there are any temporary closures affecting access to our clinic.

💙 March is Colorectal Cancer Screening Month 💙

This month is a great reminder to check in on your health.

Colon cancer often has no symptoms in the early stages—that’s why screening is so important.

If you’re age 50–74, the FIT (F***l Immunochemical Test) is:
✔️ Done at home
✔️ Easy to complete
✔️ A simple way to catch concerns early

If you already have your FIT kit, take a few minutes to complete it and drop it off at the lab. If you’re not sure if you’re due, contact our clinic at 780-929-6050 and speak to Alex.
