I need to share my garden, she’s so pretty. But here’s my first harvest of rhubarb and the delicious jam made from its sacrifice 🤤
Some sweets will have this tomorrow at the Beaumont Alberta Farmers Market 😁😁😁

All treats are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and vegan 🌱 and while I can accommodate sugar free, this jam ain’t that teehee 🤭

Angel food cake ya’ll! I can’t believe these finally worked. This is what I was watching in the oven 🤣
Finally they didn’t collapse!!!
They are yummy, especially with jam 😉
I am currently testing them in the fridge and freezer to see how they are, and how they are best served.
What do you think?? When’s the last time you had angel food cake? 🍰 do you miss it? Would you buy it?

I won’t have bagels today 😔
They turned out stodgy, that’s the best word to describe them. I tried doubling my recipe and they sound and feel like there is just too much moisture in them.
Learnt my lesson, no doubling the recipe!
🥯 I do have cupcakes, cookies, banana bread. Just no bagel sorry guys, next week!

This is one review I received over messenger, and with all of the verbal reviews at the market, and my family chowing these down, I am happy 😊
I finally have made a cinnamon bun recipe and bagel recipe that I am truly happy with. Years. Years of tries, fails, give ups, and finally the last couple months of experimenting with bagels has finally got these two figured out.
I will keep bringing the bagels and cinnamon buns to the market! Now off to figure out other recipes, stay tuned 😉

Somebody checking out my booth yesterday was chatting with their friend and said they tried something from me and didn’t like it. Not making eye contact with me but loud enough that I could hear.
And that’s ok! I know not everyone likes my goodies, and I know that maybe ya’ll like one thing and not another. That’s ok! I don’t like all food either lol
But let’s chat about it! Come talk to me, what did you try? What did you like? What did you not like? Maybe it was the vanilla cupcake, which does have a different texture than the chocolate. It’s surprising how the PH in cocoa powder changes the crumb of a cake, science 😉
Or maybe you tried one of my experiments, or maybe cookies wasn’t it. Regardless, let me help find something you will enjoy, because you deserve to have your cake (or dessert) and eat it too 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Thank you to for actually taking pictures of my booth, because I failed hard at this today lol 😆
You guys my bagels were so pretty. I offered them individually packaged today, because, I didn’t want to make a bunch and not have them sell or ya’ll don’t like them.
So for those why tried them, did you like them? Would you change or improve anything?

These are pink sugar cookies, my own version of a popular cookies 😉
And cosmic brownies. These are fudgy, rich, chocolatey deliciousness. And they are made with dark chocolate, so they’re healthier right?
