πΏ Please join us in welcoming three new therapists to the Anxiety & Trauma Clinic of Nova Scotia! πΏ
We're thrilled to introduce three skilled clinicians whose combined expertise spans trauma processing, neurodevelopmental support, and evidence-based therapy for anxiety β and all three are currently accepting new clients.
Mallory Mason, RCT-C holds an MA in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Psychology from Saint Mary's University, and a Social Services diploma from NSCC. She works alongside adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relational challenges and life's harder transitions, grounding her work in evidence-based, trauma-informed and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approaches while staying flexible and attuned to what each client actually needs in the room. Warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment.
Jiji Lathika, RCT-C is a Certified Autism Specialist with graduate degrees in Applied Clinical and Consulting Psychology and over a decade of experience across India and Canada β including work as a Child Clinical Psychologist and an Autism Program Implementer with Nova Scotia Health and the IWK. Jiji supports children, teens, young adults and families around anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, learning and behavioural challenges, and emotional regulation, blending CBT, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Parent Management Training (PMT), and trauma-informed, family-centred care. Jiji is accepting clients aged 5 and up.
Matt Mason, RCT-C holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from Saint Mary's University and an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. His trauma focus began during his practicum offering pro bono support to adults carrying trauma, anxiety and depression. Matt works from a deep toolkit β CPT, EMDR, CBT, DBT and ACT β and approaches trauma in three phases: safety and stability, then processing, then reconnection. Because healing shouldn't be rushed. Matt is accepting clients aged 16 and up.
Whether you're looking for trauma processing, support for a neurodivergent child, parenting strategies that actually fit your family, or practical tools for anxiety β we'd love to help you find the right fit.
