Tennis Elbow

🎾 Elbow pain when gripping, lifting, typing, or pouring your morning coffee? It might not actually be from tennis (and when we see it - it rarely is).

“Tennis elbow” aka Lateral Epicondylitis is a common overuse injury involving irritation of the tendons on the outside of the elbow — and we see it just as often from:
✔️ gym workouts
✔️ desk jobs
✔️ repetitive lifting
✔️ pickleball
✔️ home projects

Common signs include:
▪️ pain on the outside of the elbow
▪️ weaker grip strength
▪️ pain with lifting or twisting motions

The good news? Most cases respond really well to the right treatment plan — including load management, hands-on therapy, strengthening, and movement modifications. 💪

Don’t ignore persistent elbow pain and hope it goes away on its own. Early treatment can help prevent it from becoming a long-term issue.
