🚨 MOBILE MASSAGE IS BACK… AND YOUR BODY HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THIS. 🚨

You know that moment when your shoulders are somewhere around your ears, your lower back has officially filed a complaint, and your nervous system is running on approximately three percent battery?

Yeah. Let’s fix that. 😂

Next weekend, I’m bringing the massage table to YOU. 🏡✨

No driving across town.
No rushing home afterward.
No getting off the table feeling amazing only to immediately sit in traffic.

Just you, your own space, and time to completely exhale.

My mobile massage treatments are designed to do more than simply make your muscles feel good. I want you to leave feeling like your body has finally unclenched, your mind has gotten a little quieter, and someone hit the reset button on your entire existence. ❤️‍🩹

✨ Therapeutic massage
✨ Relaxation & nervous-system reset
✨ Focused work for those stubborn, “WHY DO YOU HURT LIKE THAT?” areas
✨ A calm, personalized experience brought right to your door

And honestly?

You deserve to be taken care of too.

So if you’ve been saying “I really need a massage…” for the last three weeks, this is your sign.

📩 Message me to claim a mobile appointment for next weekend.

I bring the table.
I bring the hands-on magic.
You just have to open the door. ✨

Your body called.
It would like to stop carrying everything for a minute. ❤️

🌙✨ MAINSTREET MASSAGE ISN’T GOING ANYWHERE… SHE’S JUST HITTING THE ROAD. ✨🌙

If you’ve ever had a massage with me through Mainstreet Massage, you already know how much I love what I do — and I know many of you have been wondering:

“Okay Rachael… but can I still book with YOU?!” 👀😂

The answer is…

YES. ❤️

While I’m beginning this exciting new chapter at AIRA Spa & Wellness, I’m keeping a little piece of Mainstreet Massage alive for those of you who love having me come to YOU.

✨ MOBILE MASSAGE IS OPEN! ✨

I’ll be offering mobile appointments approximately every second Sunday, bringing the Mainstreet Massage experience right into the comfort of your own home.

And depending on the week, the location, and my schedule, I may also have the occasional evening mobile appointment available for one lucky client. 🌙💆‍♀️

So if your dream massage looks like:

🕯️ Staying in your pajamas
🛋️ Not having to drive anywhere afterward
🌿 Having your own space and comfort
💆‍♀️ Getting the therapeutic, intentional massage you’ve been missing
✨ And then crawling straight into your own bed…

I’M YOUR GIRL.

My mobile spots are going to be limited, so these will be first come, first served.

If you’d like to get on my mobile massage list, send me a message through Mainstreet Massage and let me know you want in. ❤️

And for those of you who are happy to come see me at my new home, you can also find me at AIRA Spa & Wellness, where I’ll be seeing clients throughout the week.

This isn’t goodbye to Mainstreet.

It’s just a little evolution. ✨

New chapter. New space. Same hands. Same heart. Same Rachael.

And whether I’m on the road coming to you or waiting for you at AIRA…

I’ll see you on the table. 💆‍♀️❤️

A little update from the woman who keeps the kettle warm and the healing table open. 🌾🤎

Life moves in seasons, and I have chosen to honour the one I am currently walking through.

I have accepted a regular job.

Not because I am leaving my work behind, but because I believe that a healer must also be cared for, rooted, and sustained.

I cannot pour into others if I do not first tend to my own spirit.

This choice allows me to continue doing what I love in a way that feels honest, intentional, and deeply aligned with my values.

It means I can keep the cost low and the healing high.

It means I can serve my community without sacrificing myself in the process.

My priority has never changed.

It has always been—and will always be—you.

The weary mothers.

The hardworking hands.

The aching backs.

The tired hearts.

The souls carrying grief, transition, growth, and hope all at once.

I do not believe healing is something to be sold in abundance.

I believe it is something to be shared carefully, respectfully, and only when it is truly needed.

I am not here for everyone.

And everyone is not meant for me.

I welcome those who are ready to receive.

Those whose bodies ask for gentleness.

Those whose energy longs to return home.

Those gathering the scattered pieces of themselves after life has asked too much of them.

These are my people.

This is my community.

And this is my medicine.

Though my hours are fewer and my calendar smaller, my attention is greater than ever before.

When you sit at my table, you will have all of me.

No rushing.

No exhaustion.

No divided energy.

Only presence.

Only intention.

Only care.

Moving forward, I will be accepting just 1–3 clients every two weeks.

This is how I preserve the heart of my practice.

This is how I ensure that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling seen, supported, and nurtured.

The village healer does not heal by doing more.

She heals by knowing when to rest, when to listen, and when to hold space for those who truly need her.

Thank you for trusting me.

Thank you for growing with me.

The fire is still lit.

The kettle is still warm.

And there will always be a place for those who arrive with open hearts and a genuine need for healing. 🌾🫖🤎

Hey all of you lovely creatures!! Business has been slow, slow enough that I worried about bills - which means I had to get one of those 9-5 jobs… however your health and healing is still my top priority - I will be back to massaging full time just in the meantime I am not. Don’t loose sight of me because I have you in my heart. Once I can figure out how to manage it all I will be back with bells and whistles - until then - stay safe, stay comfortable and stay awesome 😎

✨ Something NEW is coming to you… and I am SO excited to share it ✨

Your body holds onto so much — stress, emotions, tension, exhaustion, the weight of everyday life… and sometimes we don’t realize how much we’re carrying until someone helps us release it.

I am officially bringing my healing work to YOU with mobile massage therapy + energy work 💆‍♀️✨

I am a fully registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified Spiritual Life Coach — which means your session can be so much more than “just a massage.”

Yes, I’ll help ease those tight muscles, sore bodies, headaches, stress patterns and physical tension… but I also bring in a holistic approach that honours the mind, body and spirit connection.

✨ As a Reiki Master, I work with universal energy to help support relaxation, balance, emotional release, grounding, and reconnecting with yourself. Reiki can be a beautiful addition for those feeling drained, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply needing a moment to reset.

✨ As a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I help guide you through deeper self-exploration — identifying patterns, reconnecting with your intuition, uncovering what’s holding you back, creating meaningful goals, building self-awareness, and supporting you as you step into the version of yourself you’re ready to become.

Basically… we work on the knots you can feel AND the ones you can’t see 😉✨

I am now offering mobile appointments because sometimes the best healing happens when you don’t have to leave your own space.

📍 Beiseker appointments: $80/hour
📍 Irricana appointments: $80/hour
📍 Outside of those areas: $100/hour (to reflect travel costs)

All of my modalities stay the same. My knowledge stays the same. My passion stays the same. It’s still me — just bringing the magic closer to you 💛

I am also looking into offering direct billing once there is enough interest, so if that is something you would love to see, let me know!

Ready to book your reset? ✨

📱 Mobile: 403-554-1342
☎️ Landline: 403-420-5505

I answer both — and if I miss you, please leave me a voicemail because I WILL call you back 💕

Let’s get you feeling like YOU again. 🌿✨

🚗💆‍♀️ BIG NEWS, BEAUTIFUL HUMANS 💆‍♀️🚗

I’ve decided that pants are overrated, traffic is annoying, and honestly… after a massage, nobody wants to put their shoes back on and drive home anyway.

So Main Street Massage is going MOBILE! 🎉

That means I’ll be bringing all the massage goodness directly to your door.

The hands? Still mine. ✨

The treatments? Still amazing. ✨

The modalities? Still the same. ✨

The ability to find every knot you’ve been pretending doesn’t exist? Unfortunately for you, also still the same. 😂

Because I’ll be traveling to you, my mobile rate will be $100/hour (instead of $80/hour) to help cover fuel and travel time.

But here’s what you get:

✔️ No driving to an appointment
✔️ No driving home after melting into a puddle of relaxation
✔️ No rushing around trying to find parking
✔️ No putting real clothes on if you don’t want to

Just quality treatment, healing, relaxation, and me showing up with my table, my skills, and my usual level of awesome.

Whether you need deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic work, Reiki, energy work, or just someone to remind your muscles they’re supposed to cooperate, I’ve got you covered.

Your home. Your comfort. Your massage.

Let’s make self-care easier. 💜

✨ Spiritual Life Coaching for Healing, Wholeness & Deep Alignment ✨
Spiritual life coaching is an active, heart‑centred process designed to support deep personal healing and soul‑level transformation. This is more than just conversation—it’s intentional inner work that helps you reconnect, integrate, and move forward feeling whole.
Through guided, personalized sessions, you’re supported to:🌿 Release emotional wounds and long‑held patterns🌿 Gently heal trauma held in the body, mind, and energy field🌿 Repair feelings of soul fragmentation caused by life experiences, relationships, or major transitions🌿 Explore past‑life influences that may still be affecting your present‑day life🌿 Reconnect with your intuition, inner wisdom, and sense of purpose
How it works:Each session blends compassionate conversation with spiritual and holistic practices such as guided reflection, visualization, grounding techniques, intuitive insight, and energy awareness. Sessions move at your pace and create a safe, supportive space for healing, integration, and meaningful change.
This work helps you come back home to yourself—feeling more grounded, aligned, and at peace—so you can live with greater clarity, balance, and authenticity. Spiritual life coaching complements (but does not replace) therapy or medical care by supporting your emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing.
✨ Heal the past. Integrate the soul. Step into the life you’re meant to live. ✨
👉 Ready to begin?Send me a DM or comment “HEAL” below to book a free connection call and see if spiritual life coaching is right for you. 💫
