The pearl of Wisdom
Imagine a box within you. Inside is a pearl of wisdom that represents the energy of your higher self. Think of a question that can be answered with yes or no before you go to bed. This gives your intuition a problem to solve while you are sleeping and a game to play.

Put on your favorite calming music and lie in bed or sit in your favorite chair for 10-15 minutes (3-4 songs) or 1 brief meditation. Feed your energies around the question to your intuition. Allow your higher self to work out your worries over night through dreamwork. In the morning open your box. If your pearl is white, yes. If your pearl is black, no. If your pearl is grey the answer is still evolving. Try again the following night only if your pearl is grey. I welcome your feedback and questions on this excersize.
