Our offices will be closed on Monday, August 3 for the Civic Holiday. We will reopen and resume regular business hours on Tuesday, August 4.

If you or someone you know needs mental health support while we're closed, help is available:
💬 One Stop Talk provides free, immediate mental health support for children, youth, and their families.
📞 Call or text 9-8-8 for immediate mental health and su***de crisis support, available 24/7.
🚨 If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
