In honour of the Full Moon in Aries, we’ll gather for an intimate evening of breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, oracle cards, tea, connection and intentional release — creating a safe and supportive space to soften, exhale, let go of what feels ready to be released, and reconnect with yourself.

There is nothing you need to prepare and nowhere you need to be other than exactly where you are. 🤍

We’ll gather in my home wellness space in Berwick on Thursday, September 24 from 6:30–8 PM.

I’m learning more and more that wellness doesn’t always have to look like doing more. Sometimes it’s slowing down enough to come back to yourself.

I’m so excited to finally share this little sanctuary with you. 🤍

Be the Change Health & Wellness has officially settled into its new home in Berwick, and I couldn’t be happier with how this space has come together.

I wanted it to feel soft, warm, and peaceful — a place where you can come exactly as you are, take a breath, slow down, and give yourself permission to simply surrender and receive.

This space will be home to my one-on-one sessions, including Reiki, Access Bars, ThetaHealing, Indian Head Massage, breathwork, sound healing and more. ✨

And yes… Alfie has already appointed himself official greeter. 🐾😂

✨ The Lion’s Gate Portal • 8/8 ✨

The Lion’s Gate is a powerful energetic portal that peaks each year on August 8th (8/8) — a time associated with abundance, transformation, courage and new beginnings. 🦁✨

It invites us to release what no longer aligns, open our hearts to possibility, and become intentional about what we’re ready to call into our lives.

The energy of 8/8 is connected to infinity, abundance and manifestation — reminding us that what we nurture with our energy, intention and belief has the power to grow.

🌞 A Simple 8/8 Ritual

Find a quiet space and light a candle. Take 8 slow, intentional breaths, allowing yourself to settle into your body.

On one piece of paper, write down what you are ready to release — old fears, beliefs, patterns or anything you no longer wish to carry. Tear it up or safely burn it.

Then write down 8 things you are calling into your life — dreams, feelings, opportunities, abundance, love, healing or the version of yourself you are becoming.

Close your eyes, place your hands over your heart and imagine each intention already unfolding. Feel the gratitude of receiving it.

Finish with:

“I release what has been.
I trust what is unfolding.
I am open and ready to receive.
I welcome abundance in all its forms.” ♾️✨

Keep your intentions somewhere sacred and return to them whenever you need the reminder.
