With the support of the residents of the Biggar district the Biggar & District Health Services Foundation have been able to provide the Dietary Dept. with some badly needed equipment. We have replaced a worn out food mixer with a new model. This is one of the necessary pieces of equipment that sees hours of use daily.

Today the Biggar and District Health Services Foundation were able to announce the purchase of some specialty equipment for Biggar Health Centre. With the generous support of residents of Biggar and area a Bladder Scanner and Caboxyhemglobin Monitor are now in service in Biggar.

We have delivery of 7 new state of the art beds for LTC. This completed our pledge of $50,000.00 toward upgrade of beds for LTC residents. This was made possible with generous donations from Biggar and Area residents.
