Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there 💐🤍

As a massage therapist, I get to see firsthand how much mothers carry — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You spend so much time caring for everyone else, often forgetting to slow down and care for yourselves too.
Today is a reminder that you deserve rest, healing, love, and moments of peace just as much as everyone you care for. Thank you for all that you do, seen and unseen.

✨ Prenatal Massage Care ✨

Yes, I offer prenatal massage and I have a prenatal pillow so you can safely and comfortably lie face down during your treatment 🤍

When I first started my career as an RMT, I wasn’t sure what direction I would love most. But that changed when I became pregnant with my two little ones. I remember how hard it was to find a therapist who felt confident and comfortable working on pregnant clients. Some were hesitant, and that experience really opened my eyes.

It inspired me to learn more and become truly confident in prenatal massage.

I remember the sore back, the aching muscles, and how physically demanding it was to work while pregnant. Receiving proper prenatal massage made such a difference for me it helped me continue working comfortably throughout my pregnancies (until my stubborn babies decided it was time to arrive 😉).

Now, caring for expecting moms is one of my greatest passions. I love helping relieve stress, tension, and soreness so my clients can feel supported during such an important season of life. There’s something incredibly special about walking alongside women from the moment they share their pregnancy news, through their growing belly, and then welcoming them back for postnatal care.

Watching the human body do such amazing things is truly a gift. And seeing those babies grow whether they’re turning one, hitting milestones, or running into you at the grocery store it’s the most beautiful full-circle feeling.

I love my career, but I especially love supporting mamas through pregnancy and beyond 🤍
