I donโ€™t think people come to a sound bath because they need another thing โ€˜to doโ€™.
What I see instead are people arriving with minds that have been occupied since the moment they woke up. Their attention has been claimed by work, responsibilities, plans, everyday stress, & an endless stream of information before they even have a chance to notice it happening.

Thereโ€™s something so relieving about spending an entire hour to just simply exist! When the hour passes, people get up & leave looking like they remembered something they had misplaced.

Usually that something is themselves๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

A lot of what we blame on personality, motivation, willpower, or character starts to look very different when viewed through the lens of adaptation.
