Almost every person who fails doesn't fail because they didn't do the work.
They fail because they expected the work to show up before the work was finished.
Here's what I see constantly, in the clinic and everywhere else:
Someone starts something hard. A few weeks in, they hit a wall — a plateau, a setback, a day where nothing feels different than day one.
And in that moment, they make a decision. Not consciously. But they decide the plan isn't working.
So they quit. Or they switch plans. Or they go looking for a faster one.
What they don't do is the one thing that would actually fix it — which is nothing. Just keep going.
Here's the part nobody tells you: the work and the proof of the work don't arrive together. The work happens first. The proof shows up later, often much later, on its own schedule — not yours.
If you're only willing to keep going while you can see it's working, you'll quit right before it starts working. Every time. That's not bad luck. That's just how the timeline actually runs.
Problems and setbacks aren't a sign the plan failed. They're the plan. They're expected. Fighting that doesn't get you there faster. It just delays the part where you accept it and keep moving.
The fix isn't a better plan. It's a longer runway, a way to track that you're actually moving, and the discipline to let time do what time does.
That's exactly why every Project You™ is built in 28-day cycles. One habit at a time. Long enough to get past the part where nothing seems to be happening — because that part is normal, not a sign of failure.
We're counting down the weeks to launch inside Life By Design Skool. This is the foundational piece everything else sits on.
Less than 4 weeks to go.
