The Pulse is a great way to add into your workout routine. Our SmartCardio program can help build a strong foundation for all other fitness. It helps build a deep aerobic base- the engine behind strength, HIIT, and endurance training.

Adding this into your routine (or if no routine whatsoever; its a great start to build a fitness routine) it can help expand your lung capacity and oxygen efficiency. Okay, but why is The Pulse is a great exercise for beginners?

The rower, ski, and assault bike are great for beginners because of the low-impact workout that doesn't strain your muscles and joints in the quick 45-minute session. (I mean quick because you won't believe how quickly that time flies by!)

The Pulse is also a great starting point for any age, and fitness ability because we use our Pulse Tech or RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) to determine where we are at each phase during the session. It's a great way for beginners to build up their endurance, to reach our Pulse Performance.

It's a great starting point for weight management (along side a healthy diet) because it helps increase your metabolism and aids in buring calories.

And what better way to boost your mood, reduce stress and depression by releasing the natural 'feel good' endorphins, when you've finished each session.
