We are a group of primary care providers that specialize in pregnancy, birth (home, clinic, Stratford, Walkerton or AMGH) & 6 weeks postpartum Registered midwives have offered free, individualized maternity care to women in the Huron County area since 1994.

Did you know, Huron Midwives has an online store that you can order items and pick up from our Blyth clinic Monday-Thursday?
Check out our newest item- locally made Baby Carrier! These are beautiful carriers that adjust to support front and back carry options for newborns to toddlers! We have some pre-made ones in stock at the clinic, but we can do custom orders (see some colour options in the photo!). She also may be making some navy/black ones instead of the beige organic cotton.

We always seem to have quite a few clients that don’t have family doctors, which is tough for young families after they are done their midwifery care and no longer have a primary care provider to follow them. If you are without a doctor, this might be a good option for you! It’s out of the Blyth Pharmacy building.

With all of this lovely winter weather, Huron Midwives is looking for someone local (could be a student in Blyth) that could shovel the steps/ramp/sidewalk every morning that we get snow. Jill Campbell is a CPST who is offering a car seat clinic at Huron Midwives next Tuesday April 23 between 10:30-1:30. She will be able to answer all your car seat questions and help with proper install. Please call the office 519-523-9111 to book in a 20 min time slot if interested! This is a free program and will be booked on first come first serve basis.
