What is cupping?

Cupping is a therapy that applies negative pressure on the skin using glass, plastic, or silicone cups. The suction created
by these cups stimulates and increases blood flow, which can help relieve joint and muscle pain, reduce inflammation,

Important Information!

As of January 2026, I will be back working part time. I will be working Tuesday-Thursday EVENINGS ONLY. I will still be working at my full time job and that is my priority.

Here are the details

1. My practice will be at a reduced capacity. I will only have a few openings a week, starting at 6pm
2. I have moved locations! I will now be working out of Soleil massage (Allie Gervin’s) building
3.I will be increasing my pricing, talking to other therapist’s, I have come to the decision that I will now be charging $95 an hour (tax included). As of right now I will not have a debit machine so I will only be able to accept Cash, cheque or etransfer
4. I will not be doing online booking, if you would like an appointment please reach out by text or phone at 204-741-1413
