December is almost upon us! A couple reminders:
1) if you are sick or getting sick, PLEASE do not come in for treatment. I’m happy to rebook you. My goal is to stay healthy and keep my clients healthy, too!
2)December will fill up very fast, so book your spot now! I won’t be accepting any new patients till January in order to make plenty of room for all my existing clients. 🙂

Very excited to add a big ol’ mashup bootcamp on Sunday mornings at 10:00am which will run through these dark winter months. This will be a mix of bodyweight and props (dumbbells, steps, medicine balls, etc.) and have a slightly different format than Monday nights to keep things interesting.

Another two new classes are coming Fridays at 12:15, and will be taught by Amanda Fisher: a 30 minute tabata workout followed by a 30 minute core and stretching class. We all love yoga with Amanda; now we get to sweat and stretch with her, too!

It is so exciting to be part of this exciting programming and I am absolutely loving working out with you all!

Exciting news! My workout classes are starting Monday Oct 20 at 6:30pm at the Bonavista YMCA. This class will use dumbbells and be full-body focused, with modifications available. There is a limit of 14 people for this class, so you must register through the YMCA app, although you may be able to call the YMCA the day of the class to reserve a spot and pay the drop-in fee if you aren’t a member yet. Thursdays at 7:15am I’ll be teaching a bodyweight boot camp, and there is no class size limit, so drop-in should be fine. I recommend bringing a yoga mat to this class for the exercises we do on the floor, but there will be thicker workout mats available, too. Let me know if you have any questions, and please share with anyone else who may be interested!
