Salsa represents the epitome & peak of the summer harvest- tomatoes, peppers, onions, cilantro…

Tomatoes & peppers were picked only a couple days before canning, so the nutrient value was at its peak and the vegetables will still have that sun-kissed scent when you open a jar!

Partnering exclusively with local farms who maintain organic & sustainable practices, we take their imperfect or surplus produce and make repurposed goodness from our popular gluten-free, plant-based crackers to canned goods such as relishes & pickled items.
