A big thank you to Darren Growen for all of the hard work and dedication that goes into organizing the Silver Slicers Golf Tournament each year at the beautiful South Muskoka Curling & Golf Club!

We were honoured to once again support this fantastic event and were happy to spend the day representing Reynolds Funeral Home on the course. It’s always a pleasure to be part of community events that bring people together for a great cause and a great day of golf.

Congratulations on another successful tournament, Darren, and thank you to everyone who came out to participate and make the day so enjoyable!

Red Dress Day honours the lives of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQI+ people, and raises awareness of this ongoing national crisis.

Inspired by Métis artist Jaime Black-Morsette’s REDress Project, red dresses have become a powerful symbol of the lives lost and the voices that must be heard.

Today, and every day, we remember, reflect, and recommit to action.

Our hearts are with Cathie and her family on the passing of her beloved mother, Lorraine Smith.

Many in our community will remember Cathie as the former owner of Reynolds Funeral Home, where she served families with such care and compassion for many years. Today, we hold her and her family in our thoughts.

Join Hospice Muskoka’s Care & Repair grief workshop on Wednesday, March 18th from 10am-12pm (via Zoom) for a guided writing experience that gently explores emotion through poetry.

This workshop is limited to just 8 participants, creating a safe and supportive space to reflect and create.
