It's always great to take time away from the day-to-day to connect as a team and strengthen the relationships that help us succeed. ⚾

Our Management Team and Supervisors recently enjoyed an afternoon of team building, collaboration, and fun at a Toronto Blue Jays game. The day included a fantastic lunch, plenty of laughs, and an opportunity to connect outside of the workplace while cheering on the home team.

As an added bonus, our General Manager, Shelley, and Life Enrichment Supervisor, Sonia, were interviewed by CityNews, making the experience even more memorable!

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the day such a success. Investing in our people and building strong connections is an important part of creating a positive workplace culture, and this was a great reminder of the value of spending quality time together.
