🌸 CONFIDENT GIRLS SERIES: Building Confidence, Resilience & Self-Belief 🌸

Is your daughter struggling with self-confidence, self-esteem, friendships, anxiety, or speaking up for herself?

At Awakening Counselling and Consulting Services Inc., we believe confidence can be learned.

Join our 6-Week Confident Girls Series this summer, designed specifically for girls to develop the skills they need to thrive emotionally, socially, and personally.

✨ Cohorts Available:
🌼 Bloom (Ages 9–11)
🌿 Rise (Ages 12–13)
🌺 Thrive (Ages 14–18)

Girls will learn:

✔ Positive self-talk
✔ Emotional regulation skills
✔ Healthy friendships and boundaries
✔ Coping strategies for stress and anxiety
✔ Self-esteem and confidence building
✔ Communication and self-advocacy skills
✔ Emotional resilience and self-trust

📚 Each participant receives a professionally developed workbook and activities designed specifically for her age group.

🎁 BONUS FAMILY SUPPORT INCLUDED

While the program consists of 6 weekly sessions, families will also receive an additional 2 weeks of professional follow-up support.

Our therapeutic professionals will connect with parents and caregivers to:

• Answer questions
• Provide guidance and encouragement
• Check in on progress
• Support continued confidence-building at home

This makes the program an 8-week investment in your daughter’s growth and well-being.
