Myofascial Yin Yoga is a slow yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, and tendons, helping to improve flexibility and joint mobility. In this practice, passive postures are held for an extended period of time, allowing for a deep release in the body's fascial network. This style of yoga is believed to not only enhance physical flexibility, but also to promote a sense of calm, balance, and mindful awareness.

*Cherivic is a Registered Yoga Teacher with a special interest in Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra. With over 15 years of experience, her passion is to spread her love for inner healing and the joy of finding that peace within.
