MAY WALKING CHALLENGE ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ฟ
For the month of May, weโre focusing on one of the simplest and most powerful things you can do for your healthโฆ walking.
The goal is to track your total distance from intentional walks throughout the month.
This isnโt your step count from daily life. Itโs time you set aside on purpose to get outside and move.
Morning walks, evening walks, weekend hikes, solo time, or walking with friends or familyโฆ it all counts.
Why are we doing this?
Because walking checks a lot of boxes:
โข Improves cardiovascular health
โข Supports fat loss and recovery without adding stress
โข Helps regulate your nervous system
โข Boosts mood, focus, and mental clarity
And just as important, it gives you a reason to step away from screens, slow things down, and surround yourself with the natural beauty that exists all around us. Trails, parks, quiet streets, trees, waterโฆ it doesnโt have to be far or perfect to have an impact.
Itโs also one of the lowest barrier forms of exercise:
No cost
Minimal risk
Accessible to almost everyone
And a very high return on investment
This challenge isnโt about being perfect. Itโs about being more intentional.
