MAY WALKING CHALLENGE ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ

For the month of May, weโ€™re focusing on one of the simplest and most powerful things you can do for your healthโ€ฆ walking.

The goal is to track your total distance from intentional walks throughout the month.
This isnโ€™t your step count from daily life. Itโ€™s time you set aside on purpose to get outside and move.

Morning walks, evening walks, weekend hikes, solo time, or walking with friends or familyโ€ฆ it all counts.

Why are we doing this?

Because walking checks a lot of boxes:
โ€ข Improves cardiovascular health
โ€ข Supports fat loss and recovery without adding stress
โ€ข Helps regulate your nervous system
โ€ข Boosts mood, focus, and mental clarity

And just as important, it gives you a reason to step away from screens, slow things down, and surround yourself with the natural beauty that exists all around us. Trails, parks, quiet streets, trees, waterโ€ฆ it doesnโ€™t have to be far or perfect to have an impact.

Itโ€™s also one of the lowest barrier forms of exercise:
No cost
Minimal risk
Accessible to almost everyone
And a very high return on investment

This challenge isnโ€™t about being perfect. Itโ€™s about being more intentional.

Track your distance throughout the month, update it when youโ€™re in the gym, and letโ€™s see how far we can go as a group.

Weโ€™ve officially passed the million meter mark in our April Bike Challenge ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The effort this month has been unreal โ€” members grinding before class, after class, in open gymโ€ฆ just finding ways to get it done. This is what community looks like.
