I've been pretty quiet for the past several months.

Behind the scenes, I've been questioning, learning, testing—and following a path I never expected to take.

Two years ago, a circumstance in my life caused me to question much of what I had spent years learning, practicing and teaching.

For a time, I actually put many of the tools away.
I had spent years working with gurus, teaching energy, healing, frequency and consciousness—and suddenly I found myself asking a question I couldn't ignore:

How do I actually know if any of this is working?

I could feel energy.
I could feel shifts.
But I didn't want to simply believe anymore.
I wanted to know.

And then, last November, something happened that made me curious again.

That curiosity has taken me from water... to technology... to frequencies... to LIVE streaming... and now into work and collaborations I never imagined I'd be part of.
I've spent the past several months quietly learning, experimenting, testing and deciding for myself what I think about all of it.

And now I'm finally ready to share some of it.

I made this video to tell the story of how I got here—and where this next chapter is taking me.
