We still have 𝟱 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻 for our upcoming Anger Management Boot Camp on September 25th.
These spots were made possible through funds raised during our Men’s Mental Health Fundraiser, and we want them to go to men who could genuinely benefit from the support.
The free spot includes the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽, 𝗮 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.
Only five spots are available, and they will go to the first five eligible men who register.

A big thank you to Shawna for joining us on June 13 and giving a very helpful session for our seniors on Mental Health Matters.

We truly appreciate your time and support in helping our seniors learn more about important topics like anger, depression, anxiety, stress, emotional well-being, and ways to take care of their mental health.

Thank you also to all the seniors who joined the session. Your participation means a lot to us, and we are grateful to continue creating a safe and supportive space for learning, sharing, and growing together.
