Ever wonder why your shoulders feel like they’re up by your ears after a long day at the desk? 🖥️

Think of your Levator Scapulae as a cable running from your neck to your shoulder blade that "overworks" to hold your head up during screen time. This constant tension creates those painful knots and often triggers stubborn tension headaches.
