To our valued clients of Helix Hearing Care Brandon Clinic,
The province of Manitoba is currently set at a RESTRICTED provincial response level, with the exception of Winnipeg, which is currently set at CRITICAL. We’re sending you this e-mail to let you know that as an essential service, our clinics are still open to help you through this difficult time.
We continue to exceed recommended infection control measures, including:
Limiting clients to one person at a time in the clinic, and requiring all visits to be appointment-only – NO walk-ins are allowed
We maintain a physical distance of 6 feet/2 metres when at all possible
Requiring everyone in the clinic to wear a mask at all times, both staff and clients. If you arrive without a mask, we will provide one for you
We disinfect all high-traffic areas regularly and clean our exam rooms after each visit
In addition to in-person visits to our clinics, we have other options available to you:
We have a full range of telehearing care services available, from hearing tests to fittings and adjustments, so that you can see your clinician all from the safety and comfort of your own home
We can send supplies such as batteries, tubing and domes to you through the mail
We have touchless, door-side pick-up available for you for these supplies as well.
