Medicine walk, hardy road trails (last one in brantford for this year) friday september 11th at 10:30am, enter at the entrance by the golf course, bring water, walking shoes (this time we will be walking a different direction so less bugs), and good vibes 😀

Reminder for today's (September 5th) medicine walk, it is in brantford at hardy road trails, meet at the entrance by the golf course, the instructor will be wearing a purple shirt. The start time is 10:30am to 12:30pm. Kids are more then welcomed to come. Bring water, walking shoes, and good vibes. :)
