Meet Shannon!!

Shannon is the second team member to join the LoveLee team and I could not be more pleased.

Shannon was also The LoveLee Sugaring Academy's first student and is a natural at sugaring.

Along with being an amazing sugarist, she is a fabulous nail designer, a mom of two beautiful and active young women, a partner to Brett, and so much more. A truly amazing soul.

I am super happy to welcome Shannon to the LoveLee team and cannot wait to see where we will go from here.

Love,
Lee

GIRL'S NIGHT OUT

The research is in and it is telling us that women feel they need a girl's night every 22 days in order to feel balanced. **survey link is in comments**

In light of this information, the LoveLee studio will be opening every 21 days on a Friday starting October 2nd at 6pm.

Will there be themes? 🤷‍♀️

Will there be games? 🤷‍♀️

Is drinking allowed? F**k Yes!

Is there an outdoor sitting area? Absolutely, all season even.

When was the last time YOU made your todo list?

09/07/2026

How often does everyone and everything else make it onto your list before you do?

Work. Family. Appointments. Errands. Responsibilities.

And somewhere underneath all of that sits…

you.

Self-care doesn't mean suddenly putting yourself ahead of everyone you love.

It simply means remembering that you are one of the people who deserves your care, too.

So this week, make one small space for yourself.

☕ Drink the coffee while it's still hot.
🌻 Sit quietly for ten minutes.
💗 Book the appointment you've been putting off.
📖 Read a few pages of your book.
😴 Go to bed early.

It doesn't have to be big to matter.

Put yourself back on the list.

🌻 A LoveLee Reminder

No need to rush anything, take your time, listen to your body and mind, what do you need today to be the best you can be?

04/07/2026

The world feels loud right now…
constant noise, constant pressure, constant doing.

Reiki is where you come back to yourself.
Where your body softens.
Where your mind finally gets quiet.

You don’t need to “push through” everything.
Sometimes, you need to pause, reset, and receive.

🌻 This is your permission.
