🌱 OK… here we go!

Over the next 10 weeks, we’ll be planting one Eden seed at a time—celebrating what’s already growing and nurturing new ideas together.

These are conversation starters.
They are meant to get us reflecting, sharing ideas, and starting meaningful conversations throughout our community.

We are going take a slightly different approach to exploring the Eden Principles. While they’re often introduced from Principle 1 to Principle 10, meaningful culture change actually grows from Principle 10 back to Principle 1.

So that’s where we’ll begin.
