We’re getting closer to Saturday, September 12th, and we’re excited to share some of the wonderful local vendors who will be joining us for our first annual Show & Shine Vendor Market & Car Show!

You'll get to experience unique handmade goods from local businesses, treats, treasures, and plenty to browse,! There will be lots to discover while you check out the cars on display🛍️🚘

Q. How does Stonemont Assisted living compare to long term care?

A. At Stonemont you can live life to the fullest without sweating the small stuff. Our staff takes care of your chores - cooking meals, doing laundry, and cleaning - so you don't have to worry about a thing. You can come and go as you please, though you'll always be invited to stick around and enjoy our in- house activities and planned excursions. Enjoy any of our beautiful building amenities, and if you need a little extra support now and then we are always there to help.

In contrast, Long Term Care homes (LTC) are more suitable for individuals that require 24h nursing services.

We were so pleased to welcome Judy West from the Northfield Fire Department to Stonemont to receive the funds raised through our Second Annual High Tea!

Our local firefighters do so much for our community, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to show our support. A big thank you to everyone who helped make this fundraiser a success — your generosity truly makes a difference! ❤️

Every month at Stonemont, we take some time to celebrate the residents who have a birthday that month — because birthdays are always better when they’re celebrated together! ❤️

Near the end of each month, we gather for our monthly birthday party, complete with treats, a little music, plenty of laughs, and, of course, a big Happy Birthday to all of our birthday stars! 🥳🎈

It’s always such a nice opportunity to celebrate another year, spend time together, and make a fuss over the people who make Stonemont such a special place to call home 💕🎂🥳

Our End of Summer Dance was SO much fun! From the music and the laughs to getting out on the dance floor, our residents definitely know how to celebrate the season! 🥳🕺💃

Thank you to our amazing Kitchen Team for keeping everyone fueled with all the delicious snacks! 🍓🧁🍪 You guys always make our events just a little sweeter! ❤️
