My clinical lens is shaped by a rare combination: I'm a psychotherapist and seasoned forensic mental health nurse with 10 plus years in high-security psychiatry, trauma, addictions, and crisis care. This work taught me to see the person as a whole, from a non-pathologizing perspective. I specialize in complex PTSD, trauma, developmental trauma, addictions, mood disorders, and personality disorders

. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on NARM, IFS, EMDR, CFT, Adlerian psychoanalysis and somatic tools to help you restore regulation, meaning, and self-trust.
