Yesterday we were proud to participate in the All Hands on Deck Food Drive, organized by and donating 6 bags of non-perishable items to support families in need right here in Brockville.

If you're new to CPAP therapy, or just not loving your current mask, it helps to understand what's out there.

There are three main types:
Full Face Mask: covers nose and mouth. Great for mouth breathers or higher pressure settings.
Nasal Mask: covers just the nose. A popular middle ground, good seal, less bulk than a full face.
Nasal Pillow Mask: the most minimal option. Sits at the nostrils, ideal for active sleepers or anyone who feels claustrophobic with larger masks.

Summer is the season when CPAP hygiene matters most, and most people don't realize it.
Between the heat, the humidity, and longer days disrupting sleep routines, your equipment can accumulate bacteria and mold faster than any other time of year.

- Always leave home with a full charge
- Have your AC and DC charger readily available for travel - Keep your device out of extreme heat, it drains faster
- Check your device's display for remaining battery indicators
- Replace aging batteries, performance drops significantly over time

As the weather warms up, your CPAP humidifier settings might need an adjustment.

Higher summer humidity means more moisture in the air, which can cause rainout, that uncomfortable gurgling sound in your tubing.
On the flip side, air conditioning can dry the air indoors and leave you waking up with a dry mouth or irritated throat.

The sweet spot changes with the seasons, and we can help you find it.

What a day on the course! ⛳

We were proud to participate as a sponsor at the golf tournament supporting the Pineview Panthers School, raising money towards extracurricular activities for students in our community.

With a fantastic turnout at the Cedarvalley Golf Club, it was an incredible reminder of how much our community comes together when it matters. 💙
