Having a feline friend around does more than make you smile. Petting a cat, hearing a purr, and sharing your space with a cat can lower stress and can add joy to your days.

🌞 Civic Holiday Office Closure 🌞

Please note that Upper Canada Family Health Team sites and the After-Hours Clinic will be closed on Monday, August 3, 2026, in recognition of the Civic Holiday.

We will reopen on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and resume regular office hours.

If you require medical assistance while we are closed:
