Hi I'm Kenz Murray!
I am a certified full spectrum Doula! Specifically working in the areas prenatally, birth, postpartum, and abortion.
I am the founder of Doula For All Bodies🤍
My doula journey started off when I was a child who was very passionate about birth and postpartum. As a child, I was and still am very interested and passionate about learning about all aspects of birth, postpartum, and lactation🌿
I recently became certified through Fanshawe College in London, Ontario
The non-doula side of my life includes spending quality time with the ones I love and cherishing the small moments of life. Some days these are big accomplishment and other days its something so small like some fresh air or a good coffee☕
I spent three years working in childcare with a varying age range of children.

Being a doula isn’t about having given birth. It’s about professional training, certification, hands-on experience in birth spaces, and a deep commitment to supporting families with evidence-based, heart-centered care.

My qualifications come from my education, the births I’ve supported, my continued learning, and the way I show up fully and gently for my clients — not my personal reproductive history. 🌱

Today is National Truth and Reconciliation day🧡

I want to start off by saying that I am practicing on the land of Attawandaron, Anishinabeg, Haudenosaunee, and Lunaapeewak peoples.

Today is a day for me to step back and listen. Sometimes the best thing we can do is listen and learn.

Peoples voices are more powerful than you may think and I do not want to take away from the Indigenous Voices speaking today🧡

I encourage everyone to educate yourselves on why we have Truth and Reconciliation and to educate yourselves today and everyday!
