Today I led my first Forest Therapy walk of the season for Peterborough Hospice, and as always, it was everything I needed it to be.
There is something incredibly powerful about slowing down, stepping into nature, and giving ourselves permission to simply be.
No goals to achieve. No expectations. Just noticing, breathing, and reconnecting.
Each walk reminds me that healing doesn’t always come from doing more - it comes from creating space to listen, reflect, and be present.
I’m grateful to continue offering these volunteer walks with Peterborough Hospice and to witness the comfort, connection, and peace that nature can provide.
If you’ve been curious about Forest Therapy, or if it’s been a while since you’ve visited my website, I’ve recently updated my services to include this offering. I invite you to explore how guided time in nature can support your well-being, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Nature has a way of meeting us exactly where we are. 🌿
