Tired-looking eyes can sometimes be caused by volume loss in the tear trough area. For this patient, we used only a fraction of a syringe of filler, carefully placed with a blunt-tip cannula to help minimize bruising and maximize comfort.
The goal wasn’t to dramatically change her appearance—it was to create a subtle, natural improvement that helps her look more refreshed and rested.
Treatment is quick, typically well tolerated, and can make a meaningful difference when performed thoughtfully and conservatively. Small changes can have a big impact.
