Raising a neurodivergent child can feel isolating, especially when the systems around them were not designed with their brain in mind.

Whether your child has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), is on the autism spectrum, or simply processes the world differently, therapy at Integra can offer them strategies that actually fit how they think and feel. We use play therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and narrative approaches that meet kids where they are and build on their strengths.

Every child deserves support that actually fits them. We are accepting new clients in Burlington and Cobourg, with online sessions across Ontario. Find us through the link in bio.

Most people imagine anxiety as a racing heart or a panic attack. But a lot of the time it looks much quieter than that.

Procrastination. Perfectionism. Trouble saying no. Replaying a conversation from three days ago at 2am. Always waiting for something to go wrong.

If any of that sounds familiar, you are not alone. These are all ways anxiety shows up in daily life, and they are all worth paying attention to.

At Integra, therapy helps you understand the patterns underneath and build a different relationship with what anxiety has been trying to tell you. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy that give you real tools, not just insight.

Think about which of those patterns you have been living with the longest. That might be where to start.

Neurodivergent individuals often grow up being told that the way their mind works is a problem to be fixed. At Integra, we see it differently.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism, and other forms of neurodivergence are part of who you are. Therapy here is designed to support your strengths while helping you navigate the parts that feel hard, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness-based tools that actually fit how you think.

You can build a life that genuinely works for your mind. If that is something you have been looking for, we are accepting new clients in Burlington and Cobourg, with online sessions across Ontario.

When your child has a difficult moment in a game, what happens next? For some young athletes, one hard play can spiral into a full shutdown. They pull back, overthink, and cannot move past it.

That is a learnable pattern, and it responds really well to the right support. Learning to process what happened, reset, and stay present is one of the most important mental tools in sport. Lauren Mallon at Integra helps your child build exactly that.

We work with young athletes in Burlington and online across Ontario. Lauren has space available, reach out through the link in bio.

School anxiety goes well beyond grades. It can look like dreading Monday mornings. Trouble making or keeping friends. Stomachaches before the bus. Difficulty focusing in class even when your child is trying.

These are signs your child may need support beyond what the classroom can offer. And asking for that support is one of the most caring things a parent can do.

At Integra, therapy gives kids practical tools for managing what is making school feel so hard. Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and narrative approaches, all shaped around how your child actually thinks and feels.

We see children as young as 5, in Burlington and Cobourg, and online across Ontario. If this sounds like your child, we are here. Find us through the link in bio.

Feeling stuck is often a sign that something needs to shift, and you have not yet had the right space to figure out what.

It can come from unprocessed experiences. From patterns that made sense at an earlier point in your life but no longer fit. From never having had the space to think it through with someone who actually knows how to help.

At Integra, therapy gives you exactly that. We use approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help you understand what is keeping you in place and build a clear path forward.

If you have felt stuck for a while, ask yourself: what would it mean to finally have a space to figure it out?

Identity exploration is not only for teenagers. At any age, questions about who you are, how you want to live, and what actually feels true to you are worth sitting with properly.

Therapy is one of the best places to do that work, with someone who will walk alongside you rather than push you toward a conclusion. At Integra, our therapists offer affirming, non-judgmental support using approaches like Narrative Therapy and person-centred care.

Who you are becoming is worth exploring. We are accepting new clients in Burlington and Cobourg, with online sessions across Ontario.

The mental game matters as much as the physical one. But most young athletes only train the physical side.

Confidence. Focus. The ability to work through a challenge without shutting down. Staying calm under pressure. These are mental skills. They can be taught, practiced, and strengthened, just like anything else.

Sports performance counselling with Lauren Mallon at Integra can help your child build that side of their game, so they can show up as the athlete they actually are.
