Our kind of family time đź’›

A little lifting. A little playing. A little chaos.

FORMA is basically our second home at this point.

Anyone else turn the gym into family time too?

Just a few clips from one of my recent workouts.

225 × 5 on block pulls felt good 👌

My bae’s programming has been pushing me in all the right ways lately. Lots of strength, unilateral work, and enough core to remind me I have one. (Not shown here: Copenhagen planks & single leg decline sit ups)

Nothing fancy—just showing up and putting in the work.

A1 Block Pulls 4x5

B1 Hack Squat 3x15

C1 Single Arm Bench Row 3x12-15
C2 Cable Kickstand RDL w/rotation 3x12-15🔥

D1 Copenhagen Plank 3x30-45s
D2 Single Leg Decline Sit Up 6-10/side 🔥🔥

A question I get all the time is:“What does osteopathy actually help with?”

The short answer? A lot of people come in because something hurts… but stay because they start feeling and moving better as a whole.

Some people see me because they’ve had ongoing neck or back tension that keeps returning no matter how much they stretch. Some are dealing with headaches, stiffness, or feeling “off” in their body. Some are active, training hard, or playing sports and want help recovering better, moving better, or staying ahead of injuries.

Others are just tired of feeling restricted doing everyday things — getting up from the floor, sleeping comfortably, turning their head while driving, working at a desk without constantly shifting around, picking up their kids, exercising without things flaring up.

I also work with:• babies and children• pregnancy and postpartum changes• youth athletes• active adults• people returning to movement after time away• people who simply want to feel more balanced in their body again

Osteopathy looks at how the body is functioning together — not just the one spot that hurts. Sometimes the problem area isn’t actually the root of the issue.

Treatment is hands-on, individualized, and focused on improving movement, reducing strain and helping your body function the way it’s supposed to.

You don’t need to be “seriously injured” to come in. A lot of people are simply trying to feel better in their day-to-day life — and that matters too.

Well that was fun. And humbling. May I present to you “the Circuit of Death”. Not actually that badddd but it’s a catchy name, don’t you think? Thank you, husband, for indulging me and being my

Ok folks, here’s a rant that is based off a conversation I am having on repeat in my treatment sessions as we begin the New
Year => How do I start/how do I avoid injury?

Here’s the truth. No exercise is inherently “dangerous”. There’s only a lack of planning/preparation/execution/recovery/routine maintenance.

You are not a machine - you are biological tissues that require time to make the adaptations we are seeking! Tissues adapt slower than motivation. Strength improves quickly. Tendons, ligaments, and joint tolerance do not. January volume spikes → February pain.

Plan to succeed. Build momentum. Tackle one goal. And then another.

And when you need help - you know where to find us!

ANNOUNCEMENT:
A new standard in performance and therapy starts today.

Introducing FORMA Athletics & Therapy.
A space built to put performance and results first.

For years, we’ve both lived at the intersection of human performance, clinical expertise, youth development, and real-world strength.
And after thousands of sessions and countless conversations about what “better” could actually look like…

FORMA is here.
A unified space for athletic performance + clinical therapy where accountability is the standard, intention drives every rep, and every person—youth athletes, active adults, parents, competitors—get the structure and support to rise to their next level.

A place where:
• treatment is targeted
• performance is driven by clinical precision
• athletes are developed, not just trained

Our books open Tuesday November 18.
Booking link is in bio.

This is the next chapter — built from the ground up, aligned with our values, and designed to serve the community in a bigger way.

Osteopathy isn’t about force.
It’s about listening — in stillness, in subtle movement — where the body reveals what it needs most.

It’s the art of quiet observation, of letting go of the urge to “fix,” and instead, meeting the body where it already knows how to heal.

In that space between tension and ease, the story of health unfolds — if we’re patient enough to listen.

Even though osteopathy has been around for more than a century, many people still aren’t quite sure what it actually is — or how it’s different from other hands-on therapies.

Let’s clear up a few myths 👇

⸻

Myth #1: “Osteopathy is just for back pain.”
While back pain is one of the most common reasons people come in, osteopathy supports the whole body.
From headaches and jaw tension to digestion, sports injuries, pregnancy discomfort, and even babies’ feeding or sleep issues — osteopathy looks at how all systems work together.

⸻

Myth #2: “It’s the same as other manual therapies.”
Osteopathy shares the belief that movement matters, but it’s unique in its whole-body approach.
An osteopath considers how muscles, fascia, joints, circulation, and even organs influence each other — treating the body as one connected unit rather than isolated parts.

⸻

Myth #3: “Osteopathy is a quick-fix or a one time treatment”
Not at all - while many people feel better after a single session, lasting change and recovery often require a series of treatments over time.
Osteopathy is party of a comprehensive health plan that may also include lifestyle advice and rehabilitative exercises.

⸻

Myth #4: “If it doesn’t hurt, it’s not doing anything.”
Osteopathy works with the body — not against it.
Gentle adjustments and soft-tissue work can create deep change by improving how your nervous system communicates with your muscles, joints, and organs.

⸻

Osteopathy is about restoring function, not just relieving pain.
When your body moves and functions better, you feel better.
