Led by Dr. Cheryl, this program combines 18+ years of clinical experience with a background in classical ballet and specialized dance therapy training.

Inspired by Lisa Howell (The Ballet Blog), you will learn:

✅️ targeted strength & mobility exercises
✅️ injury prevention strategies
✅️ tools to refine and improve technique

💕 Perfect for dancers of any level (ages 10+) to build strength, control, and confidence from the ground up! 💕
