Natural Care Clinic Recipes of the Month! ☕️

🫚Dr. Carissa’s Ginger Pow Beverage

1. In a strong blender, put in 1 peeled lemon, 1 peeled large orange, about 2 inches of peeled ginger and approximately 1/6th to ¼ of a pineapple
2. Add approximately 2 cups of water, but start to blend and if need more water, add in
3. Should blended until good drinkable consistency and all pieces of are small and drinkable.

🍋 Dr. Racheal’s Immuni-Tea

1. Wash ingredients (1 orange, 1 pineapple, 1 onion, 1 bulb of garlic, 1 ginger, 1 lemon, 4 cloves, 1 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of cinnamon) with hot water
2. Chop them, and add everything (with skin) to a pot with water enough to cover the ingredients
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes
4. Let it cool and enjoy!
