Often people will say I have dealt with that. In a measure, that’s true. But we all need a professional who is well qualified to help you process the things that your subconscious mind will not allow you to access.

People need neural connection to connect with other people in order to feel emotionally connected and safe with that individual. The good news is that we can all make these adjustments, but it takes practice as well as some coaching.

Psychologist says charisma is not just personality, it is rooted in brain function. According to psychology, charismatic individuals activate neural pathways that influence attention, emotion, and social connection, making them naturally compelling to others. Charisma involves a combination of verba...

The importance of understanding trauma allows a person to recognize what is happening inside of them and not to ignore it but to get help

Trauma doesn’t only shape memories—it shapes how the brain and body learn to survive. This visual explores two key systems that often hold traumatic experience: implicit memory and procedural memory. Interesting to see neuroscience validating what’s been observed for millennia. Repetitive complaining doesn’t just express a state of mind—it reinforces it, shaping both perception and neurological patterns. In the biblical account of Book of Numbers, we see how a pattern of complaint eroded trust and ultimately limited an entire generation from moving forward. What we rehearse internally, we strengthen—psychologically, neurologically, and spiritually.

Key Scriptures on Complaining
Philippians 2:14-15: "Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure...".
1 Thessalonians 5:18: "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you".
1 Corinthians 10:10: "Nor grumble, as some of them did and were destroyed by the Destroyer".
Numbers 11:1: The people complained, and God's anger was kindled.
James 5:9: "Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged".
Exodus 16:8: Moses explains that grumbling is not against leadership, but against the Lord.
Psalm 142:1-2: Indicates it is acceptable to pour out complaints/troubles specifically to God in prayer.

To help your nervous system become more parasympathetic, close your eyes, breathe in through your nose exhale through your nose, make your exhale longer. Your mind should be focused on the center of your chest and on your breath. Do five sets of these and see how you feel.
