Today’s caller:
My parents are 83 years old. They are doing ok but are starting to fail some. Mom has some memory problems that are getting checked out. I’m an only child so the responsibility of taking care of them is falling on me. I’m a smart guy and a professional but I don’t know anything about taking care of older people. I’m looking for a quarterback, an expert in this field who knows how to navigate, coach me, and point me to the right services. Is this something you do?
Me: We sure do. That's exactly what we do.
Caller: How come I never heard about you before?
Me: It's a new type service that the general public haven't heard about. It's a service that you don't need unless someone grows old! Then, you need a lot of information and you may need it in a hurry because you're in a crisis.
Caller: You're exactly what I'm looking for. And you can be sure, I'll spread the word to everyone I know who is dealing with their parents. This is about sleeping better at night, not having to worry about what I'm going to do.
