Just like Rome wasn’t built in a day. Results like these weren’t either. And they continue to still be a work in progress.

Here we see she’s finally got a decent amount of projection for her chin. But we still got some shadowing leftover and the shape of her chin can be better. However, due to her tissue being “tighter/stiff” I was limited at each step on how much I was able to build her chin.

Some people have tissue that is soft and very malleable which is able to stretch a lot all at once. Others have very stiff tissue that requires a slow build and time in between for the tissue to stretch and expand before we can add a bit more.

This time frame can be 1 month or it can be 6 months and more. It really depends on each person.

So patience and trust is key 🔑

Let's call this one a nonsurgical facelift

For these types of results, less is always more but less doesn't mean very little product. The right amount of product is needed in all the right places. Not too much not too little.

This lovely patient wanted an overall lifted and refreshed look. So in order to achieve these results, we have to break it down to what makes a face look heavy in the first place.

Heavy is weight or more volume on the lower face compared to the upper face.
Some people in these cases jump straight to cheek filler for more upper volume. Which personally I think widens the face unnecessarily. You really have to put a fair amount of product into the cheeks to get that ratio and by then it often looks nuts. Then the filler draws in water then things start looking super rounded and puffy. Just a terrible idea

I chose a more minimalistic approach to exposing what naturally hers already. End results are clean, trimmed in, and feminine

Side profile view: Chin was previously rounded which in turn created a more circular appearance for the overall face.

Post injection, filler was carefully placed to not exactly extend the chin but to really just follow through with the natural path of her jawline

Final results are natural and undetectable. Great work should be noticeable enough for you to know but subtle enough that it keeps others guessing
