Master your weekends: Plan purposefully, relax deeply, and rejuvenate. The key to a successful week is a weekend well spent.💜

First time? Here’s what nobody tells you.

Mild pressure can be normal. Sharp or burning pain is not.

Pelvic floor tension is the most common reason it hurts. Not anatomy. Not virginity myths.

Bleeding isn’t a given. No or**sm is very common.

What helps: lubricant, time for arousal, positions you control, and permission to pause.

Pain isn’t something to push through. It’s treatable.

Health isn’t about one big change; it’s about the small habits you repeat every day. 🌿💪 Every mindful choice, every step you take, and every act of self-care adds up.

This week, focus on progress, not perfection. Your future self will thank you!💜

Vaginal steaming is often promoted as a way to “cleanse,” “balance hormones,” or “tighten” the va**na, but there’s no scientific evidence supporting any of these claims.⁣

What can it do? Cause burns, irritation, and disrupt your natural microbiome. ⁣

Your va**na is self-cleaning. Steam and herbs don’t reach deep enough to have any true effect, and your hormones? They’re controlled by your brain and endocrine system, not herbal vapour.⁣

Stick with evidence-based care. You deserve better than risky trends wrapped in wellness branding 🙌🏻❤️

🌸 How to Use Vaginal Dilators Safely and Effectively

Don’t get intimidated by the largest sizes of va**nal dilators once you open your package — your goals are unique, and so is your journey.

In this video, I explain how to approach dilator use based on your individual needs💡 Remember:

You don’t need to “get through” every dilator size.

Go slow. Your body adapts best when you take your time.

Gradual progress = sustainable results.

✨ Slowly is the fastest way to reach your goal.

If you’re experiencing pain, vaginismus, or anxiety around exams or intimacy, pelvic floor physiotherapy can provide personalized guidance and support. You don’t have to go through this alone. 💜

Weekends are the perfect time to check in with yourself and prioritize your health. Here’s a simple guide to reset your pelvic floor and overall well-being this weekend:

1️⃣ Breathe deeply—your diaphragm and pelvic floor are connected.

2️⃣ Take 10 minutes break to relieve tension.

3️⃣ Sip on something nourishing—hydration is key for muscle function.

4️⃣ Unplug for an hour to let your mind and body fully recharge.💜
