“Let your past go.”

Sometimes we carry old pain, regrets, disappointments, or words spoken over us long after those moments have passed. We don’t always realize how much energy it takes to carry that weight.

Today’s message is a gentle reminder that you are not defined by your past. Your experiences have given you wisdom, strength, and compassion—but they don’t have to become your identity.

Take the lessons. Keep the love. Release the guilt, the fear, the resentment, and anything that no longer serves your highest good.

Most people would walk right past this without noticing the tiny ant.

I almost did.

There it was—carrying something many times its own size. It didn’t stop to complain. It didn’t compare itself to the ants around it. It simply kept moving, one step at a time.

It made me think about the people I work with.

So many carry invisible burdens—past trauma, anxiety, grief, self-doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, or emotional pain. To others, they may look fine, but inside they’re carrying a weight that feels impossible.

The beautiful thing is this:

You don’t have to carry it alone forever.

As a hypnotherapist and spiritual practitioner, I help people identify what’s weighing them down, release what no longer serves them, and discover the strength that has been within them all along.

Like that tiny ant, you are stronger than you think.

But strength isn’t just about carrying more. Sometimes, true strength is knowing when it’s time to put the burden down and begin walking lighter.

🐝🫐 A day at Billz Beez & Berryz reminded me that some of life’s greatest lessons come from nature.

I had the opportunity to visit Billz Beez & Berryz, where they teach families about the incredible role bees play in our ecosystem and how those tiny pollinators help produce the delicious blueberries we enjoy.

Watching children experience a working bee farm and pick fresh blueberries was a beautiful reminder that learning doesn’t always happen in a classroom. It happens when kids ask questions, get their hands dirty, and connect with the natural world.

🌊 This is what I picked up from Barnett Marine Park in one evening. One person, one beach, one bag full of plastic, cigarette butts, broken glass, and shattered pool floaters.

Multiply that by every beach, every day, and it’s easy to see why our shorelines are disappearing under waste. This isn’t just litter — it’s a direct threat to the fish, birds, and marine life that call this water home. Broken glass cuts paws and feet. Plastic gets mistaken for food. Cigarette butts leach toxins straight into the sand and water.

If everyone who visited a beach left it a little cleaner instead of a little dirtier, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. It takes 10 minutes. Bring a bag next time you go.
