🎒 Back to school is just around the corner!

Starting a new school year can mean new teachers, new routines, and new classrooms. For those of us living with epilepsy, planning ahead can help make the transition smoother.

Our Back to School: An Action Plan provides information and resources to help families and school staff prepare, including what information to share with teachers, seizure first aid protocols, school policies, and resources for supporting students with epilepsy.

Mental wellness is an important part of our overall well-being.

Our Mental Wellness Program provides one-on-one counselling for those of us living with epilepsy and our immediate family members. Our counsellors are trained in epilepsy and provide a space to talk, connect, and access support.
